Room C is a large size room suitable for meetings of 60 to 150 people. It includes a pull-down screen, piano, and two wall-mounted flat panel displays. It is across the rotunda from the library theater, rest rooms, and pay phones.
Room C is divided from Room D by a folding partition, and when the partition is opened, the combined room C/D can accommodate up to 300 people.
