The Recreation, Human and Cultural Services Division provides a variety of programs and operates the Rodgers Seniors' Center and the Seniors Outreach Center. Other activities include adult sports, which involves hundreds of men, coed, and seniors softball teams, Project Self-Sufficiency, Clubhouses, and the annual Fourth of July Celebration. This division also provides staff assistance for many boards and commissions, including the Children's Needs Task Force, Fourth of July Board, Human Relations Task Force, Youth Board, United Way, and Council on Aging.
