June Mayor's Award - Public Works, Andy Ferrigno
posted on 07/03/2018.

Andy Ferrigno started working for the City in June 2004 as a Senior Civil Engineer in the Public Works Engineering Division.

Andy provides engineering design and construction management for the City’s Capital Improvement Program and specializes in water and waste water infrastructure projects. Andy is instrumental in working with contractors during the construction of our capital projects.

His strength lies in his ability to work collaboratively with contractors to find the win/win in every situation which results in great projects.  In addition, he was instrumental in developing a cathodic protection program which had extended the life and deferred the replacement of approximately $40 million worth of buried pipeline infrastructure.

Andy enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. Andrew is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys camping, surfing, biking, skiing, mountaineering, and yoga.
