Coastal Clean Up Day - Sept. 23
posted on 09/11/2023.

It is time to celebrate International Coastal Cleanup Day and help make the planet a cleaner, happier place for humans, plants, and animals and become part of the solution to ocean pollution. Please join us Saturday, September 23, 2023 from 9am-12pm for Coastal & Inner Coastal Cleanup Day! This is a day where we come together as a community on an international scale to clean our beaches, parks, and waterways.

Volunteer for Coastal Cleanup Day

Joining the cleanup is easy:

  1. Choose the location you want to join, click on the link and register:
    1. City Beach Location
    2. Park Location
  2. Print this liability WAIVER , fill out all sections, and bring it with you to the event.
    1. Each participating member must sign a waiver. An adult must sign the waiver for a minor.

    1. 3 or 5 gallon buckets are ideal
    2. Reusable gloves (for gardening or doing the dishes work well)

    4. Reusable water bottles are always good to have
    5. Don’t forget to wear comfortable shoes, a hat and sunscreen,
  4. As always, use public transportation, walk, bike, or carpool to the cleanup!

FREE PARKING PROVIDED FOR BOTH LOCATIONS!
