Mobile Home Tenant Based Rental Assistance (MHTBRA)
The MHTBRA program provides monthly rental assistance to eligible very low-income Huntington Beach senior mobile home owners to pay a portion of their space rent for up to 24 months.
The initial program offering is limited, providing assistance to approximately 30 households. Participating households are required to pay 30% of their gross monthly income for space rent, and the City will subsidize the difference up to the local fair market space rent.

Mobile Home Tenant Based Rental Assistance Interest Form:
The 30-day period to submit Interest Forms for the initial offering of the Mobile Home Tenant Based Rental Assistance program opened on January 16, 2023 through February 17, 2023 at 5:00PM. Following February 17, a lottery process established the order in which applicants were chosen & confirmed. This is not a first-come-first-served program.
