To ensure the continued health and well-being of our customers and our employees, City Hall is closed to the public effective Monday, July 20, until further notice. Welcome to Huntington Beach Community Services. The Community Services Department offers an array of services, facilities, and parks for residents and visitors to our City. Responsibilities include recreation classes, camps, facility reservations, aquatics, sports, leisure and art programs for all ages.

The Community Services Department is located in City Hall at 2000 Main Street, 5th Floor. Our front desk staff are always happy to assist you with any questions you may have about the Community Services offerings.

Attract, develop and retain quality part-time and full-time staff
Increase visibility of and participation in our events and programs
Develop and implement a park and beach safety and enforcement program
Maintain and increase funding
