Vehicle Release
- Released only to registered owner or their agent with "original" notarized letter
- Must have picture ID
- Hours: Vehicles can be released 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., 7 days a week.
- CVC 22651(o)(p)(i) requires registration of vehicle to be current and a currently valid driver's license
- $173.00 fee (fee waived for recovered stolen vehicles.)
Fingerprinting - Service no longer provided
Clearance Letter
- Processed only for person of record
- Must have picture ID
- $34.00 fee
Photographs
- Fee must be received prior to ordering
- $4 - contact sheet; one roll film per sheet
- $12.00 - Photo's on CD-ROM
Radio Log - no charge
Audio Tape Reproduction - $60
DUI Accident Response/Investigation
- Fees based on officer response and time at incident (maximum: $1,000.00)
DUI Arrest/Booking
- Fees based on officer response and time at incident (maximum: $1,000.00)
Credit card payments can be made online, or we accept cash, credit cards (Visa, Master Card and Discover) and personal checks during normal business hours at the Public Records counter.
The exact amount due is appreciated when paying in cash.
