Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND) No. 10-07 will review the potential environmental impacts associated with the demolition and removal of three empty above ground crude oil storage tanks, approximately 2,342 linear feet of above-ground transfer piping, and ancillary site improvements at a former oil storage and pumping facility located at 21845 Magnolia Street (northwest of Banning Avenue and Magnolia Street intersection).
The property owner has to date not submitted plans for the demolition and removal of the tanks or piping on site.
