Project Summary

The applicant proposes the following:  1)  General Plan Amendment to amend the General Plan designation from RL (Residential Low Density) to RM (Residential Medium Density);  2) Zoning Map Amendment to amend the zoning designation from RL (Residential Low Density) to RM (Residential Medium Density);  3) Tentative Tract Map to subdivide a +2.1 acre site for condominium purposes;  4) Conditional Use Permit to develop 34 attached two- and three-story townhomes up to 35 ft. tall with a density bonus; and 5) Environmental Assessment to analyze the potential environmental impacts of the proposed project.
