Recognizing National Great Outdoors Month

Every June, nature enthusiasts, adventurers, and families across the United States come together to celebrate National Great Outdoors Month. This annual observance encourages people to explore the vast beauty of the natural world and promotes outdoor activities and conservation efforts.

From hiking through majestic forests to camping under the stars and paddling in peaceful harbors, there's something for everyone to enjoy during this month-long celebration of the great outdoors. Whether you're a beach bum, an adventure seeker, or a nature lover, there's something for everyone to enjoy in Huntington Beach. Of course, we have nearly 10 miles of uninterrupted coast that offers everything from surfing to enjoying Dog Beach, but there are countless activities that you can enjoy throughout town.
