Improvements to the Rodgers Seniors' Center Redevelopment project are quickly progressing! In order to ensure healthy establishment and long term growth of newly installed turf, shrubs, and trees, visitors are asked to please avoid coming onto the property, walking on the grass or disturbing the new landscaping. Construction fencing will remain installed for the full duration of construction.

During the project’s 4-week landscape establishment period, visitors may note daily watering of the newly installed plants and grass. This is necessary to ensure the long term health and survivability of the new plant material. After the four week period is over the watering schedule will return to the Monday-Wednesday-Friday watering schedule in compliance with the ongoing drought watering restrictions.

Project Benefits:
New public park with open green space
Newly created walking paths
Renovated Center for community use
Added picnic and seating areas
