Replacement of the bluff top guardrail is complete as of March 2022, and Phase II (Trail Widening) started March 21st! This construction phase will have a larger impact to visitors of the park than Phase I. Although the upper path will be closed, the lower path will remain open as well as access points down to the beach. Please use caution when in and around the construction zone.
Bluff Top Park rehabilitation efforts include the widening of the multi-use trail and replacement of guardrail along bluff top (from approximately 6th Street to just south of Seapoint). Renovations to the Bluff Top Park area include replacement of access ramp and stairway railing, turf mitigation, and enhanced landscaping at public access nodes.
Bluff Top Park is located in Huntington Beach and is a regional park.

May 2022 – June 2022: Rehabilitation of Landscape and Green Space
June 2022 – August 2022: Landscape Establishment
