The Lake Park Clubhouse is located in Lake Park in the downtown area of Huntington Beach on Lake Street between 11th and 12th Streets with only street parking available.

Patio Temporary Fencing
Now at Lake Park Clubhouse, guests can bring their favorite beer and wine beverages outside on the newly remodeled patio overlooking the park! Simply indicate on the rental form that you want to have alcohol out on the patio and we will schedule staff to install and remove the temporary fencing required by the ABC. Additional staffing costs to provide this service is $40.

Events Serving Alcohol
Any group or individual charging a fee for alcohol or charging a fee for entrance to the event and serving alcohol must obtain a one day ABC permit from the State of California Alcohol Beverage Control Department. Contact the ABC for further information.

Full payment (Rental Fee, Deposit, and Insurance) is required at time of reservation.

Acceptable forms of payment are cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.

Sunday - Saturday: 8:00 am - 10:00 pm

Closed on Holidays
No reservations will be accepted for legal holidays observed by the City of Huntington Beach.

Rentals are made up to a year in advance to the date. If more than one guest is requesting the same date, a lottery will be held at 8:15 am on the day they are requesting.

The weekend dates dates are now available on a first come first served basis. For available weekday dates, please contact the rental office.
