A trip down memory lane as it was 10th years ago that the fresh salt water was allowed to come into the Wetlands, thus beginning the largest Wetlands restoration project in the State of California. Thru footage of a documentary of the journey, the story was pieced together during this celebratory event at the Wetlands.
