A special Thank You to many of the rank & file Dwyer Middle School teachers and staff, as they drove through the campus to pick up Cinco de Mayo goodies, as orchestrated between community volunteers, including founders of the new HB Quarantine Cuisine. This event was an example of #onehb.

Over 2,100 new Barnes & Noble books were collected from the Assistance League, Huntington Beach and delivered to the schools of the Ocean View School District. Mayor Pro-Tem Jill Hardy, Superintendent Dr. Carol Hansen of OVSD, as well principals of Westmont and Oak View were included with their comments. And of course, members of the Assistance League helped those with selecting the right book (two per student!).
