If your trash, recycling, or yard waste was not emptied on your normal collection day, please contact Rainbow Environmental/Republic Services within 24 hours of your collection day (including Saturday morning) at (714) 847-3581 to arrange for a make-up collection. Missed pickups are typically collected the next business day, depending on time of day that Rainbow was notified. Please leave the cart out so that it can be emptied.

Please remember to place carts for collection by 6:30 a.m. on your scheduled collection day. Each of the three collection trucks can come at any time between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. Many missed pickups occur because the resident accidentally put away a cart that had not yet been serviced, so if putting carts away prior to 6 p.m., please check the contents to be sure the cart was emptied
